Kinmos - Roots & Legacy Project
In 2023 ILdiko had the opportunity to work with KINMOS again. They are a charity committed to the social inclusion of those with a history of mental health issues in Birmingham. The Roots and Legacy project provided useful information for the service users about how to write their will, how to plan their funerals and generally how to come to terms with their own death. For this project we co-created a large scale ‘old tree’ made out of willow, as a symbol for the elderly in 2023. An exhibition brought the project to completion later on that year.
